Once you have posted your project requirements on OutsourcerMarketplace.com, our experienced staff review your requirements in detail and if required our research associates will contact you personally and discuss the project and your requirements, ensuring we meet your needs in the best possible manner. Your project and requirements, with respect to your project category, will be alerted about your requirements within 30 minutes of posting your project on our website.

 

When posting your project we ask you to identify critical milestones in your selection process such as:

 

              Questions & Answers From Outsourcers

              Question & Answer Responses from Buyers

              Final RFP Response/Proposal

              Shortlist Selection

              Outsourcer Interviews / Site Visits / Presentations

              Final Selection

              Transition Start Date

              Service Go-Live Date

 

All project bids are kept private and Outsourcing Providers will not be able to view each other’s bids, questions, etc. A private Message Board (PMB) is available for Buyers to interact directly with each Outsourcing Provider privately and securely. Buyers may also distribute updates to the RFP or answer questions via the Global Message Board (GMB) which can be viewed by all interested providers.

 

We do not distribute the Buyers company name and contact details to any outsourcing providers until the buyer has selected their shortlist, and recommend that initially all buyers keep their anonymity to avoid direct contract with annoying sales personnel who may try to circumvent your processes. Obviously during the question and answer process you may decide to reveal your identity to the potential bidders. Your company details and contact information is revealed to your potential outsourcing providers once your shortlist has been selected.

 

Once the shortlist has been selected we recommend that buyers and outsourcers meet to finalize requirements and to confirm expectations and deliverables on both sides. Once interviews, presentations and site visits have been completed a winning bidder is chosen.

 

Buyers and Outsourcers contract with each other directly and no contract or payment for services is made with outsourcermarketplace.com.
