COMMUNICATION BETWEEN BUYERS AND PROVIDERS- WORKSPACE

The Workspace area of the Site is for the benefit of Users. The private and shared Workspace areas of the Site facilitate communication and the exchange and sharing of information between buyers and providers during the bid evaluation stage and once a bid has been accepted. The information contained in private Workspaces shared between buyers and sellers is not used for any purposes other than to facilitate communication and the exchange of information between the parties involved. OutsourcerMarketplace reserves the right to monitor communications in the Workspace in order to verify compliance with our Terms of Use, international, federal or state laws and/or our other stated policies. OutsourcerMarketplace also provides for a 'Global Message Board' which can be used by buyers to communicate to all providers bidding on the project post.

OUR DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION

We do not share, sell, lend or lease any of the information that uniquely identify a User or subscriber (such as email addresses or personal details) with anyone except to the extent it is necessary to process transactions or provide services that you have requested.

We may also use your information to deliver information to you that, in some cases, are targeted to your interests, such as new services and promotions. The following are examples of some categories of persons to whom we would share your information with from time-to-time.

We may also share your personal information withthird parties to whom you explicitly ask us to send your information (or about whom you are otherwise explicitly notified and consent to when using a specific service).

In the event that OutsourcerMarketplace merges or is acquired by another company, all current information OutsourcerMarketplace has will be shared with the other company. OutsourcerrMarketplace will do its best to inform you of the transaction.

MARKETING

We may combine your information with information we collect from other companies and use it to improve and personalize our services, content and advertising. OUTSOURCERMARKETPLACE PAYMENT SYSTEM

The OutsourcerMarketplace Payment Service requires User to pay with a PayPal, Credit Card, wire transfer, ACH, debit card or company check. Since these are externally operated, we do not collect any financial information.

INFORMATION YOU SHARE ON OUTSOURCERMARKETPLACE

Your User ID is displayed throughout OutsourcerMarketplace, and is connected to all of your OutsourcerMarketplace activity. Your bids, purchases, items for sale, storefronts, feedback, ratings and associated comments are public as well. Notices sent to other community members about suspicious activity and policy violations on our sites refer to User IDs and specific items. So if you associate your name with your User ID, the people to whom you have revealed your name will be able to personally identify your OutsourcerMarketplace activities.

If you access our sites from a shared computer or a computer in an internet cafe, certain information about you, such as your User ID, activity or reminders from OutsourcerMarketplace, may also be visible to other individuals who use the computer after you.

EMAIL/ NEWSLETTER OPT-OUT

Advertisements appearing on this Site may be delivered to Users by OutsourcerMarketplace or one of our Web advertising partners. Our Web advertising partners may set cookies. TERMINATING YOUR MEMBERSHIP

You may continue to receive email communications for a short period of time until we have updated all of our databases. After termination of your membership, your Personal Information may remain on our archived database and records. Notwithstanding the above, we will maintain information on Users who have been removed for violating our Terms of Use.
