Tom Berenguer | Interim CEO and President

An attorney by profession, Tom brings a strategic and multi-dimensional perspective in aligning the company's short term and long term strategic goals. Tom has worked with a number of Fortune 500 companies, some of them in the outsourcing business, in his more than 10 years of law practice.

Tom specializes in corporate law, contracts, immigration law, labor law, litigation and arbitration. His keen attention to detail, hands-on management style, consensual and deliberate decision making processes and practical and doable solutions to complex problems are key attributes that are necessary for the company to achieve its short and long term objectives.

Lorna Bondoc | COO and General Manager

In 2003, Lorna founded and managed a start-up company called Shift Resources Philippines, Inc. Its primary client was an online retailer based in the USA. Shift Resources is an in-house provider of back office support. The company grew to a team of 50 full time staff, generating $250,000 in annual revenues from organic sales initiatives and growing its primary client's sales to over $1M annually, before Lorna explored the possibility of a merger and acquisition by IA Global.

Lorna's leadership role at Shift Resources made the company render efficient service to its flagship customer and several others by word-of-mouth and direct referrals. Lorna achieved the next milestone for Shift Resources by completing the merger and acquisition with IA Global, Inc. in April of 2008.
