The customer is seeking proponents with the required expertise, certification and experience to assist in supporting, maintaining, upgrading and leveraging its Oracle content management and collaboration solution from April 1, 2010 to March 31, 2011 with an option to renew for two additional one (1) year periods, upon mutual agreement by both parties. The solution is built on an Oracle stack that includes Oracle DB 10g, Oracle AS 10g. |

The customer requires a Proponent who can assist in supporting and maintaining the Oracle stack that supports content management. The proponent must also have the expertise and experience to leverage this Oracle infrastructure to deliver and maintain solutions for operating branches. These solutions can be (but are not limited to) in any of the following spaces:
1. Content Integration
2. Search
3. Web Application Development
4. Portlet Development
5. Managing Content
6. Portal page development
7. Custom Attributes
8. Portal Integration with other Oracle and non Oracle products
The infrastructure makes use or could make use of the following Oracle technologies:
1. Oracle Internet Directory (OID)
2. Delegated Administration Service (DAS)
3. Single Sign One (SSO)
4. Oracle Application Server 10g R2 and related services
5. Oracle Database 10g R2

| Contractual Requirements: |
The volume of maintenance and support work that will be awarded as a result of this RFP is estimated to be between $50,000 and $70,000 per year. Successful proponent will be asked to provide budgetary pricing information showing: approximate price, maintenance fees and charges associated with professional services (training, support and report creation etc.) |
