i) Developing, Digitization of existing drawing in auto-CAD.
ii) Delivering the same for correction/ modification in hard copy.
iii) Incorporating the modification / correction to the soft copy of the drawing (editing the drawing as per modification suggested).
iv) Delivery of final edited drawings in soft copy as well as hard copy in A0/A1/ A3/ A4 sheet as required.

within 15 days after receiving the existing drawing.

within 7 days after receiving comments/ modification.

| Additional Information: |
One copy draft digitized drawings will be delivered in A0/A1/A3/A4 paper as per requirement which will be indicated earlier.
Final edited /corrected drawings will be delivered both in hard copy (A0/A1/A3/A4 sheet) as well as soft copy in CD.

| Contractual Requirements: |
Payment shall be released monthly against monthly invoice to be raised by the contractor on completion of work and upon certification of the services by user department. The invoice of the contractor to be supported with necessary documents such as challans for payment of Service Tax etc. |
